Catering Rentals for Events Large and Small

Cooking for a large group of people just got easier! Grimes Events & Party Tents has everything you need when it comes to catering rentals.

Cook the Food

Convection Oven – Our portable convection ovens work similarly to the oven found in most homes. They use a fan and exhaust system that circulates hot air to ensure the dishes on every rack cook evenly. Our convection ovens come in large or small and both options are equipped with wheels for ease of use.

Propane Grill – It’s time to fire up the grill! Whether you’re grilling up some hamburgers and hotdogs or grilling some vegetables, our propane grill can handle anything you need.

Gas Deep Fryer – The options are endless when it comes to our deep fryers! From French fries to fried chicken, churros to fried dough, rent a dent a deep dryer to give your guests both sweet and savory snacks!

Popcorn Machine – Add a bit of fun to your party by renting a popcorn machine! Its carnival-themed look provides a pop (pun intended) of color to your décor while delivering a tasty treat that all your guests will enjoy!

Keep It Warm

Warming Cabinet – You’ve cooked the food, now it’s time to keep it warm. If you’re hosting a sit-down dinner, all the food must be ready to serve at the same time. Warming cabinets keep prepared food safe and warm until it’s time to be served.

Steam Table – Perhaps you’re planning to serve food to your guests buffet-style. Our steam tables come with three pans to hold food. The food is kept warm using steam that comes from boiling water directly beneath the pans.

Chafing Dish – Similar to a steam table, chafing dishes keep food warm for roughly 2 to 6 hours using the steam from boiling water. Individual chafing dishes are more portable than a steam table and allow for a more customized buffet layout. Chafing dishes can also be used to keep food chilled by filling the bottom tray with cold water and ice.

Heat Lamp – Sometimes the simplest of products offer the best solution! If you anticipate only needing to keep dishes warm for a short time, consider renting heat lamps.

Tent Rentals for Every Event

Living in beautiful South Florida, many events are held outdoors. From backyard weddings to corporate events and sporting championships to emergency relief, tents provide a great number of benefits.

Private Events

Private events such as birthday parties, baby showers, weddings, retirement parties, family reunions, graduation parties, or holiday gatherings benefit greatly from tent rentals. Grimes Events & Party Tents has extensive experience with private events. For example, last summer we were able to create a gorgeous driveway setup for a 10-year-old’s surprise birthday party, complete with a clear top frame tent. Other vendors provided decorations that made for a truly spectacular scene that the birthday girl was over the moon about!

Corporate Events

Many businesses host events such as seminars, product launches, trade expositions, networking events, leadership building, team building, conferences, business dinners, and more. While some of these events are small, others are hosted on a larger scale. Our frame tents are just one of the many options that can provide a great space to host these large gatherings.

Charity & Fundraising Events

Charity and fundraising events come in all shapes and sizes. They can include society balls, sporting events, charitable auctions, sponsored events, theatrical productions, and more. For example, last year we were able to provide 30 tents as well as tables, chairs, and fencing for the Autism Speaks Walk at the Meyer Amphitheater in West Palm Beach.

Live events, such as sporting events, shows, concerts, festivals, etc., are a great opportunity for tent rentals. Whether you are using a larger tent to house a group of people or smaller, pop-up tents for individual vendors, the options are endless! In 2019, at the College Football Championship Conference, we provided tents for the stadium, conference USA, and UAB as well as media platforms throughout the stadium for CBS.

Especially in the past year, many small businesses and restaurants have had to get creative in how they offer their services outdoors. Our pop-up tents, as well as many others, provided comfort for guests. For example, we were able to provide tents as well as tables, chairs, fencing, and lighting in Downtown Delray for the Downtown Development Authority’s Distanced Dining in the Park event, featuring extended dining options for local restaurants.

Holiday Color Palettes 2020

Colors can have a powerful effect on a person’s emotions. They can resonate with particular emotions and become associated with memories. Especially around the holidays, certain color schemes have become standard to help people feel festive. However, some new color palettes have also entered the picture this year.

Varying Shades of Blue

The Pantone color for 2020 is classic blue. That being said, we are seeing more blue holiday décor than ever before! Deep navy, classic blue, sky blue, and white make a perfect combination. The cool tones help to bring on the chill of winter, encouraging people to cozy up and get warm. This color palette is not only great for the holidays but can last throughout the entire winter season!

Deep Purples With A Touch of Gold

Magenta purple made it onto this year’s Pantone Fall/Winter 2020/21 list!  This color has been popular throughout autumn but is also adding a pop of color to holiday decorations this December! Other colors to mix with magenta purple could include eggplant, gold, and cream. This color palette exudes elegance and class. Not to mention, it is yet again a color scheme that could last all winter long!

The Classics

Red and green have and continue to be the most classic holiday color palette. Combining colors such as sage, evergreen, crimson, and wine are guaranteed to get people into the holiday spirit. Throwing in a touch of gold or silver can give your palette an extra sparkle!

Contactless Holiday Pickup

This year, to better protect our community from COVID-19 during the holidays, we are offering contactless Thanksgiving customer pickup for our DIY rentals. With the holidays quickly approaching, now is the perfect time to consider taking advantage of this service! Our DIY rentals are the perfect solution for smaller gatherings such as holiday parties. Wondering how it all works? Here are some of our most frequently asked questions:

What DIY rental items can I order?

There are numerous options for DIY holiday rentals. These can include 10×10 pop-up tents, tables, chairs, linens, tableware, and catering rentals.

Is there a minimum number of rentals I must order?

There is no minimum! You can order anywhere from as little as two chairs to a set up for 100+ people!

When do I have to order by?

All orders must be made no later than Tuesday, November 24th. All orders must be paid for by credit card on or before Tuesday, November 24th. If the order has not been paid for by that time, you will not be able to receive your rental items by Thanksgiving.

When and where do I pick up my rental items?

All rental pickups will take place on Wednesday, November 25th. Grimes Events & Party Tents will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26th.

How does the pickup process work?

When you arrive at our location, stay in your vehicle and call our office at 561-853-8368. Someone will bring your rental items out and place them in your vehicle!
