Holiday Color Palettes 2020

Colors can have a powerful effect on a person’s emotions. They can resonate with particular emotions and become associated with memories. Especially around the holidays, certain color schemes have become standard to help people feel festive. However, some new color palettes have also entered the picture this year.

Varying Shades of Blue

The Pantone color for 2020 is classic blue. That being said, we are seeing more blue holiday décor than ever before! Deep navy, classic blue, sky blue, and white make a perfect combination. The cool tones help to bring on the chill of winter, encouraging people to cozy up and get warm. This color palette is not only great for the holidays but can last throughout the entire winter season!

Deep Purples With A Touch of Gold

Magenta purple made it onto this year’s Pantone Fall/Winter 2020/21 list!  This color has been popular throughout autumn but is also adding a pop of color to holiday decorations this December! Other colors to mix with magenta purple could include eggplant, gold, and cream. This color palette exudes elegance and class. Grimes Events & Party Tents is excited to announce the addition of four new restroom trailers to our collection of party rentals!

Prioritize the comfort of your guests by renting a 3 stall, 5 stall, 9 stall, or ADA compliant single stall for your next event. These trailers have full-length doors, decorative flooring, upgraded lighting, air conditioning, and more! Furnished to give the aesthetics of an extravagant interior restroom, our restroom trailers are perfect for high-end events.

Ideal Sizes for Your Event

Whether your guest list is large or small, we have a restroom trailer to accommodate your event. If your guest list is under 225 people, we recommend our 3 stall restroom trailer, whereas our 9 stall trailer can accommodate up to 400 guests.

Accommodations for Everyone

Not only do we have a trailer to accommodate every event size, we can also accommodate every guest. Our ADA Single Stall has a ramp and allows those who cannot climb stairs the same luxurious experience. Our 9 stall and 3 stall trailers include stalls for both men and women.

Drive-By Driveway Events

Many large events have been postponed or canceled because of COVID, but creativity has allowed us to continue celebrating special occasions! We have taken to providing our clients with opportunities to host socially distant events from the comfort of their driveway.

A Special Birthday

Recently, we helped one of our special clients celebrate their 10th birthday with a driveway event. Guests could drive by, wishing our client a happy birthday, or stop in for a socially distanced party. We transformed their driveway into a multi-colored, tie-dye extravaganza fitted with a tent, tables, goodie bags, and cupcakes! By partnering with GoFar Balloons and Bella Fiori Flower Walls, we were able to create a beautiful experience for all the attendees. Drive-by or stop in events such as these are great for celebrating anniversaries, graduation parties, birthday parties, and more while taking into consideration social distancing, health, and safety.

As any seasoned event professional will tell you, no two events are the same. Between weather conditions, permits, and the number of guests, an event can easily become complex and overwhelming. Since details are the backbone of any event, it’s necessary to know how to handle them and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

What is Consulting?

Grimes Events & Party Tents offers a Consulting service, where we can do computer-aided design (CAD) planning and help create a vision for your event. We can also give you a list of preferred vendors for any vertical, including catering, flowers, DJs, and more! With the front of the house having over 80 years of real-world event experience and the back of house having over 100 years of combined event and install experience, we can help you understand how each piece in the event comes together and offer guidance on how to make your event a success. We believe in the importance of this service because an event can only be as successful as it is planned to be. By offering a Consulting service, we help you make the decisions that allow us to make your event successful.

What If We Need More?

During the Consulting part of the process, we may find that you need an event planner. That will be helpful in the day-to-day communications between you and your vendors. Your event planner can take our vision and help bring it to life.
